We opened Factory Muffler’s second location in December, of 2003, directly across the Skokie Emission test center. With one location getting too congested with emission work, service and repair, a larger full service repair shop would allow us to bring our customer service to a new level.

This location had to be converted to an auto repair shop before we opened its doors. All of the equipment such as the lifts, computerized alignment machine with laser, tire installer and balancer, and diagnostic tools are new. We have a spacious sitting area with comfortable couches and chairs to relax on.

We can perform wheel alignments on almost any vehicle, including stretched limousines, SUVS, vans of any size, and pickup trucks. Our inventory of tires gives us an edge on quick tire replacement.
