Factory Muffler originated at 3055 W. Devon in the late 80’s. Many of our current customers date back to when we first opened up. Our honesty, quality work and great prices have made them very loyal to us. We have many customers that come to us through referrals for fast, efficient and dependable results. We take pride in being honest, reputable, consistent and always do our best to accommodate customers.

Our waiting room is comfortably set up for customers to feel at ease. Air conditioned and heated, magazines, coffee and television make customers feel like they’re right at home.
